Abstract

The invention concerns a method for preparing a cold-vulcanisable coating composition (CVE), and the resulting composition, comprising a polyorganosiloxane with alkenyl groups bound to the silicium, a polyorganosiloxane with hydrogen atoms bound to the silicium, a catalyst, a ternary adhesion promoter consisting of an alkoxylated organosilane, an organosilicon compound comprising at least an epoxy radical, a chelate of metal M and/or a metal alkoxide, a polyorganosiloxane called extender and having terminal siloxyl units with hydrogeno functions, and a reinforcing silicon filler treated in situ by a compatibility agent in the presence of polyorganosiloxane with alkenyl function, said in situ treatment consisting in preparing a filler suspension by bringing said silicon filler in the presence of the compatibility agent and polyorganosiloxane (1), thereby providing the in situ treatment of the filler. The invention enables to obtain elastomer with high extensibility.

Procédé de préparation d'une composition d'enduction du type de celles vulcanisables à froid (EVF), et composition obtenue, comprenant un polyorganosiloxane à groupes alcényles liés au silicium, un polyorganosiloxane à atomes d'hydrogène liés au silicium, un catalyseur, un promoteur d'adhérence ternaire consistant en un organosilane alcoxylé, un composé organosilicié comprenant au moins un radical époxy, un chélate de métal M et/ou un alcoxyde métallique, un polyorganosiloxane qualifié d'allongeur et présentant des motifs siloxyles terminaux à fonctions hydrogéno, et une charge siliceuse renforçante traitée in situ par un agent de comptabilisation en présence de polyorganosiloxane à fonction alcényle, ce traitement in situ consistant à préparer une suspension de charge en mettant en présence cette charge siliceuse avec de l'agent de comptabilisation et du polyorganosiloxane (1), ce qui constitue le traitement in situ de la charge. L'invention permet d'obtenir des élastomères de forte extensibilité.
