Verfahren zur Herstellung von 6 Methyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-on-2,2-dioxid durch Umsetzung von 5-Chlor-6-Methyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-on-2,2-dioxid mit Wasserstoff in Gegenwart einer Base und eines Katalysators, wobei der Katalysator vorzugsweise eines oder mehrere Metalle aus der folgenden Gruppe enthält: Pd, Pt, Ni, Rh. Bei der Reaktion wird 5-Chlor-6-Methyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-on-2,2-dioxid in einer Wasserstoffatmosphäre bei einem H2-Druck im Bereich von 1 bis 10 bar dehydrohalogeniert.

The invention relates to a method for producing 6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-one-2,2-dioxide by reacting 5-chloro-6-methyl-3,4 dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-one-2,2 dioxide with hydrogen in the presence of a base and a catalyst, said catalyst preferably containing one or more metals from the following group: Pd, Pt, Ni, Rh. During the reaction, 5-chloro-6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-one-2,2-dioxide is dehydrohalogenated in a hydrogen atmosphere at an H2 pressure of 1 to 10 bar.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dioxyde de 6-méthyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-one-2,2 par réaction de dioxyde de 5-chloro-6-méthyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-one-2,2 avec de l'hydrogène en présence d'une base et d'un catalyseur. Ce dernier contient de préférence un ou plusieurs métaux du groupe suivant : Pd, Pt, Ni, Rh. Lors de la réaction, le dioxyde de 5-chloro-6-méthyl-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-oxathiazin-4-one-2,2 est déshydrohalogéné dans une atmosphère d'hydrogène à une pression de H2 comprise entre 1 et 10 bars.
