Ein Form- oder Beschichtungsmaterial, bestehend aus einer Dispersion von Bindemittel, einschließlich wenigstens eines hydrophoben Harzes, Harzvorproduktes und/oder Wachases, Füllstoff und gegebenenfalls üblichen Additiven ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der enthaltene Füllstoff eine wenigstens bimodale Teilchengrößenverteilung hat, wobei der eine Teilchengrößenbereich (A) einen mitteleren Teilchendurchmesser von mindestens 5 $g(m)m besitzt und der andere Teilchengrößenbereich (B) einen mittleren Teilchendurchmesser von höchstens 3 $G(m)m besitzt und das Gewichtsverhältnis der Teilchen des letzteren Teilchengrößenbereiches (B) bei 0,01 : 1 bis 12 : 1 liegt, und die Bestandteile der Dispersion bezüglich ihrer hydrophilen Eigenschaften so ausgewählt sind, daß der statische Anfangskontaktwinkel nach 3 min. Äquilibrieren größer als 130° ist. Bevorzugt wird es für Fassaden und andere Bauwerksteile verwendet.

A forming or coating material consisting of a dispersion of a binding agent, including at least one hydrophobe resin, resin fabricated material and/or wax, filler and optionally usual additives is characterised in that the contained filler has an at least bimodal particle size distribution, whereby one particle size region (A) has a mean particles diameter of at least 5 $g(m)m and the other particle size region (B) has a particle diameter of not greater than 3 $g(m)m and the weight ratio of the particles of the first particle size region (A) to the particles of the last particle size region (B) amounts to 0.01 : 1 to 12 : 1. The hydrophile characteristics of the components of the dispersion are chosen in such a way that the initial static contact angle is greater than 130° after three minutes of equilibration. The forming or coating material is preferably used for façades and other building components.

L'invention concerne un matériau de façonnage ou de revêtement, à base d'une dispersion comprenant des liants, y compris au moins une résine hydrophobe, un produit primaire de résine et/ou de la cire, une charge et éventuellement des additifs classiques. Ce matériau se caractérise en ce que la charge obtenue présente une répartition granulométrique au moins bimodale, une zone granulométrique (A) ayant un diamètre particulaire d'au moins 5 $g(m)m et l'autre région granulométrique (B), une diamètre particulaire moyen ne dépassant pas 3 $g(m)m. Le rapport en poids des particules de la première région granulométrique (A) aux particules de l'autre région particulaire (B) est compris entre 0,01 : 1 à 12 : 1. En termes de propriétés hydrophiles, les constituants de la dispersion sont sélectionnés de manière qu'après 3 mn d'équilibrage, l'angle de contact initial soit supérieur à 130°. Ce matériau s'utilise de préférence pour des façades et d'autres chantiers.
