Abstract

The present invention relates to an ink jet recording apparatus that prints by ejecting ink onto recording media. The ink jet recording apparatus achieves high density recording on the recording media without narrowing the pitch of nozzle holes. The ink jet recording apparatus charges sprayed ink drops by a charging electrode (5), applies a high voltage on a deflecting electrode (29) placed in a position facing the center of a plurality of nozzle holes (10) disposed in a line, and controls flying paths of the ink drops (18). The ink drops are electrostatically deflected by the high voltage, fly through the flying path converging toward the deflecting electrode, and reach to the recording face. Thus, the ink jet recording apparatus which achieves high density recording can be provided without using narrow pitch nozzle holes, which requires a difficult machining process and is difficult to manufacture.

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'impression à jet d'encre imprimant par éjection d'encre sur des supports d'impression. L'appareil d'impression à jet d'encre permet une impression à haute densité sur les supports d'impression sans rétrécir le pas des trous des busettes. L'appareil d'impression à jet d'encre charge des gouttes d'encre pulvérisées à l'aide d'une électrode de charge (5), il applique une haute tension sur une électrode de déviation (29) placée dans une position située en face du centre d'une pluralité de trous (10) de busettes disposés en une ligne, et il commande les chemins de vol des gouttes (18) d'encre. Les gouttes (18) d'encre sont déviées de manière électrostatique par la haute tension, elles volent en suivant le chemin de vol convergent vers l'électrode de déviation, et elles atteignent la face d'impression. Ainsi, l'appareil d'impression à jet d'encre permettant une impression à haute densité peut être obtenu sans utilisation de trous de busettes à pas rétréci, requérant un processus d'usinage difficile et peu commode à produire.
