Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Erfassen und Regeln der Füllstandshöhe der in einer Kokille, insbesondere für eine Stranggießanlage für Stahl, befindlichen Metallschmelze, welche aus einem eine verschließbare Bodenöffnung aufweisenden Zuführgefäß über ein Tauchrohr der Kokille zuführbar ist, mit einem Meßelement, welches vertikal verfahrbar in den Freiraum der Kokille einbringbar ist. Dabei ist das Füllstandsmeßelement (42) über eine erste Signalleitung (31) mit einem Rechner (41) verbunden, der über eine erste Steuerleitung (51) mit einem ersten Aktuator (61) in Verbindung steht, an welchem ein Ausleger (71) befestigt ist, an dessen Kopfende das Füllstandsmeßelement (42) angebracht ist. Am Ausleger (71) ist ein Positionsmeßfühler (43) vorgesehen, der über eine zweite Signalleitung (32) mit dem Rechner (41) verbunden ist, der über eine zweite Steuerleitung (52) mit einem zweiten Aktuator (62) in Verbindung steht, welcher mit einem Absperrorgan (81) zum Verschließen der Bodenöffnung (12) des Zuführgefäßes (11) verknüpft ist.

The invention relates to a method and a device for detecting and controlling the level of molten metal located in an ingot mold, especially for a continuous casting installation for steel. Said molten metal can be delivered from a feed vessel comprising a closeable bottom opening to the ingot mold via an immersion tube. The level of the liquid metal is detected and controlled using a measuring element which can be inserted into the free space of the ingot mold in a vertically displaceable manner. The level measuring element (42) is connected via a first signal line (31) to a computer (41) which is connected via a first control line (51) to a first actuator (61) on which an extension arm (71) is fastened. The level measuring element (42) is attached to the top end of said extension arm. A position sensor (43) is provided on the extension arm (71) and is connected via a second signal line (32) to the computer (41) which is connected via a second control line (52) to a second actuator (62) that is linked to an obturator (81) for closing the bottom opening (12) of the feed vessel (11).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif qui permettent de détecter et de réguler le niveau du bain de fusion d'un métal dans une lingotière, notamment dans une installation de coulée continue pour l'acier. Ledit bain de fusion est amené à la lingotière par un orifice de fond, puis un tube plongeur, et un élément de mesure peut être introduit verticalement dans l'espace vide de la lingotière. L'élément de mesure du niveau (42) est connecté par une première ligne de signal (31) à un ordinateur (41), lui-même connecté par une première ligne de commande (51) à un premier actionneur (61). Sur ce dernier est fixé un bras (71) à l'extrémité duquel est disposé l'élément de mesure (42). Le bras (71) comporte un capteur de position (43), connecté par une seconde ligne de signal (32) à l'ordinateur (41), lui-même connecté par une seconde ligne de commande (52) à un second actionneur (62). Ce dernier est relié à un organe obturateur (81) permettant de fermer l'orifice de fond (12) du réservoir d'alimentation (11).
