A shirring solution and its method of use is provided comprising a lower polyalkene glycol characterized by a molecular weight of 600 or greater and a bacteriocin. Also provided is a shirring solution comprising a first bacteriocin having anti-gram-positive bactericidal activity and a second bacteriocin having anti-gram-negative bactericidal activity.

L'invention concerne une solution de fronçage et son procédé d'utilisation. Cette solution de fronçage contient un polyalkylèneglycol inférieur caractérisé par un poids moléculaire de 600 ou plus et par une bactériocine. L'invention concerne également une solution de fronçage contenant une première bactériocine présentant une activité bactéricide contre les Gram positifs et une seconde bactériocine présentant une activité bactéricide contre les Gram négatifs.
