Abstract

The invention concerns a radio transmission method for transmitting data in the form of successive frames (T) each comprising several data blocks (B). The frames are assembled by cycle of several successive frames and the blocks of each frame are assembled in subframes (ST). When a message is transmitted to a receiver, the initial addressing data concerning said receiver are always initially contained in the same subframe of certain frames, called listening subframe. The receiver stays for most of the time in sleep mode wherein it does not listen to the transmitted radio messages, and shifts, at the beginning of the subframe, into standby mode wherein it verifies if said listening subframe contains addressing data concerning it: if this is not the case it shifts back into sleep mode.

Il s'agit d'un procédé de transmission radio pour transmettre des données sous forme de trames successives (T) comprenant chacune plusieurs blocs de données (B). Les trames sont regroupées par cycle de plusieurs trames successives et les blocs de chaque trame sont regroupés en sous-trames (ST). Lorsqu'un message est transmis vers un récepteur, les données d'adressage initial concernant ce récepteur sont initialement contenues toujours dans la même sous-trame de certaines trames, dite sous-trame d'écoute. Le récepteur reste la majeure partie du temps dans un état de sommeil où il n'écoute pas les messages radio émis, et passe, au début de la sous-trame d'écoute, dans un état de veille où il vérifie si cette sous-trame d'écoute contient des données d'adressage le concernant: dans la négative, le récepteur repasse en état de sommeil.
