Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Haushaltsgeräte, die auf einer mit einem Pulverlack beschichteten Oberfläche eine kratz- und abriebbeständige Deckschicht aus einem Lack aufweisen, welcher umfasst: a) Kondensate auf Basis von hydrolysierbaren Silanen mit mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten, wobei die hydrolysierbaren Silane an mindestens einem nicht hydrolysierbaren Substituenten eine Epoxidgruppe aufweisen; b) einen Härtungskatalysator, der ausgewählt ist aus Lewis-Basen und Alkoholaten von Titan, Zirkonium oder Aluminium; c) nanoskalige anorganische Feststoff-Teilchen mit einer Teilchengröße im Bereich von 1 bis 100 nm; und d) mindestens ein organisches Monomer, Oligomer oder Polymer mit mindestens einer Epoxidgruppe.

The invention relates to domestic appliances which on a powder-coated surface have a scratch- and abrasion-resistant top coat made of a lacquer consisting of: a) condensates on the basis of hydrolysable silanes with at least one non-hydrolysable substituent, where the hydrolysable silanes have an epoxide group on at least one non-hydrolysable substituent; b) a curing catalyst taken from the Lewis bases and titanium, zirconium or aluminium alcoholates; c) nanoscale inorganic solid particles having a particle size of between 1 and 100 nm; and d) at least one organic monomer, oligomer or polymer with at least one epoxide group.

L'invention concerne des appareils ménagers qui comportent, sur une surface laquée par poudrage, une couche de protection résistant aux égratignures et à l'abrasion. La couche de protection est constituée d'une laque qui comprend: a) des condensats à base de silanes hydrolysables renfermant au moins un composant non hydrolysable et portant un groupe époxyde sur au moins un substituant non hydrolysable; b) un catalyseur de durcissement, choisi entre les bases de Lewis et les alcoolats de titane, de zirconium ou d'aluminium; c) des particules nanométriques de solides inorganiques, de granulométrie comprise entre 1 et 100 nm; et d) au moins un monomère, oligomère ou polymère organique portant au moins un groupe époxyde.
