Abstract

Nucleic acid molecules which can be characterized as microsatellites of $i(Penaeus monodon) are described. Also described are nucleic acid molecules which can be characterized as microsatellites or ESTs of $i(Litopenaeus vannemei). These nucleic acid molecules, the complements thereof, and molecules sharing nucleotide sequence similarity, including those sharing contiguous nucleotide sequence, and others described herein can be used to identify, map and characterize segments of the genome of various species of shrimp.

La présente invention concerne des molécules d"acide nucléique pouvant être définies comme des microsatellites de $i(Penaeus monodon). L"invention concerne également des molécules d"acide nucléique pouvant être définies comme des microsatellites ou des séquences EST de $i(Litopenaeus vannemei).
