Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Einrichtung zum Überwachen und drahtlosen Signalisieren einer Druckänderung in Luftreifen an Fahrzeugen, welche vorzugsweise in Baueinheit mit dem Ventil des Luftreifens im Luftreifen angeordnet ist und eine Stromquelle, einen Drucksensor, welcher in ersten Zeitabständen den Reifendruck mißt, einen Analog-Digital-Wandler zum Digitalisieren eines vom Drucksensor gewonnenen Drucksignals, einen Speicher zum Speichern des Drucksignals, einen Sender, welcher eine Information über den gemessenen Reifendruck an ein im Fahrzeug angeordnetes Empfangsgerät übermittelt, einen Vergleicher, insbesondere in Baueinheit mit einem Mikroprozessor, welcher das Drucksignal mit einem vorher gespeicherten Vergleichsdrucksignal vergleicht und den Sender steuert, nämlich in der Weise, daß der Sender in zweiten Zeitabständen, welche größer sind als die ersten Zeitabstände, sendet, solange wie die Abnahme pro Zeiteinheit des Drucksignals vom Vergleichsdrucksignal (Drift) einen Schwellenwert nicht übersteigt, daß der Sender aber in dritten Zeitabständen, welche kleiner sind als die zweiten Zeitabstände, sendet, wenn und solange die Drift den Schwellenwert übersteigt; dazu werden die zweiten Zeitabstände in Abhängigkeit von einem oder mehreren im Luftreifen gemessenen und im Fahrbetrieb veränderlichen physikalischen Zuständen verändert.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for operating a device for the monitoring and wireless signaling of a pressure change in pneumatic tires of vehicles. The device is mounted in the tire, preferably in the form of a modular unit which also includes the valve of said tire, and comprises a power source; a pressure sensor which measures tire pressure at first intervals; an analog-to-digital converter for digitizing a pressure signal obtained by the pressure sensor; a memory for storing the pressure signal; a transmitter which transmits information about the tire pressure measured to a receiving unit positioned in the vehicle; and a comparator, which notably forms a modular unit with a microprocessor which compares the pressure signal with a previously stored reference pressure signal and controls the transmitter in such a way that said transmitter transmits at second intervals, which are longer than the first intervals, for as long as a decrease per time unit in the pressure signal in relation to the reference pressure signal (drift) does not exceed a threshold value, and that the transmitter transmits at third intervals, which are shorter than the second intervals, if and for as long as drift exceeds the threshold value. To this end the second intervals are modified in accordance with one or more physical states which are measured in the tire and vary under road load.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner une unité servant à surveiller et à signaler sans fil une variation de pression dans des pneus de véhicules. Cette unité est placée dans le pneu, de préférence sous la forme d'une unité modulaire comprenant la valve du pneu. Cette unité présente un source de courant, un détecteur de pression qui mesure la pression du pneu à de premiers intervalles, un convertisseur analogique-numérique servant à numériser un signal de pression obtenu par le détecteur de pression, une mémoire pour mémoriser le signal de pression, un émetteur qui transmet à un récepteur placé dans le véhicule une information relative à la pression de pneu mesurée, un comparateur qui se présente notamment sous la forme d'une unité modulaire comprenant un microprocesseur. Ce comparateur compare le signal de pression avec un signal de pression de comparaison, mémorisé auparavant, et régule l'émetteur de sorte que ce dernier émette, à des deuxièmes intervalles supérieurs aux premiers, tant que la diminution par unité de temps du signal de pression par rapport au signal de pression de comparaison (dérive) ne dépasse pas une valeur seuil, et de sorte que l'émetteur émette à des troisièmes intervalles inférieurs aux deuxièmes, tant que la dérive dépasse la valeur seuil. A cet effet, les deuxièmes intervalles sont modifiés en fonction d'un ou plusieurs états physiques qui sont mesurés dans le pneu et varient pendant la marche.
