Abstract
(EN)
A confocal scanning optical microscope system wherein a dispersive optical device such as a prism (28) separates an image from a restricted area of a specimen into a spread of images of differing wavelengths. Different parts of the spread of images are focussed at respective beam-limiting apertures (34, 36) which are conjugate with one another, and the spectrally differing beams passing through the beam-limiting apertures pass to respective detectors (35, 37).

Dans ce microscope optique confocal à balayage, un dispositif de dispersion optique, un prisme (28) par exemple, décompose une image d'une région limitée d'un échantillon en plusieurs images de différentes longueurs d'onde. Des parties différentes de cette pluralité d'images sont focalisées à des ouvertures respectives de limitation de faisceau (34, 36) conjuguées les unes aux autres. Les faisceaux, différant du point de vue spectral, traversant ces ouvertures de limitation de faisceau sont dirigés sur des capteurs respectifs (35, 37).
