Abstract

An armature (11) of a small DC motor, comprising a rotor installed inside a casing, the rotor having a steel core (9) on which armature windings (10) are wound in a coiled shape, wherein paper insulating members (25, 26) having an electric insulation and containing at least plain paper are bonded to both end surfaces of the steel core (9) at least at a part where the armature windings are wound, whereby the steel core is prevented from coming in direct contact with the armature windings.

L'invention concerne un bobinage d'induit (11) pour petit moteur à courant continu, comprenant un rotor installé dans un carter, ce rotor possédant un noyau d'acier (9) sur lequel les bobinages d'induit (10) sont enroulés en spirale; des éléments d'isolation en papier (25, 26) pourvus d'une isolation électrique, et contenant au moins du papier ordinaire, étant reliés aux deux surfaces d'extrémité du noyau d'acier (9), au niveau au moins d'une partie où les bobinages d'induit sont enroulés, ce qui empêche ledit noyau d'acier de venir en contact direct avec lesdits bobinages d'induit.
