Title (EN) CROSS-LINKING PROCESS OF CARBOXYLATED POLYSACCHARIDES
(FR) TECHNIQUE DE RETICULATION DES POLYSACCHARIDES CARBOXYLES
Abstract: front page image
(EN)A process for the preparation of cross-linked polysaccharides containing carboxy groups, allowing complete control of cross-linking degree as well as high reproducibility in terms of constant characteristics of the final product. The process comprises a first step: activation of the carboxy groups in anhydrous aprotic solvent and then the reaction with a polyamine. The obtained cross-linked polysaccharide may be subjected to sulphation of the five hydroxy groups.
