Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung und Verwendung Kristallwasser-haltiger Calciumverbindungen durch chemische Reaktion zwischen einer wässrigen alkalischen Natriumaluminat-Lösung und festem oder gelöstem bzw. suspendiertem Calcium(hydr)oxid in Gegenwart von Kohlendioxid oder Carbonat und Abtrennung des dabei erhaltenen Präzipitats durch Sedimentation, Entwässerung, Trocknung und/oder Calcinierung und/oder Mahlung oder Suspendieren des erhaltenen Filterkuchens und Umsetzung desselben mit mindestens einer Mineralsäure und/oder mindestens einem Salz derselben und Abtrennung des dabei erhaltenen Kristallwasser-haltigen Präzipitats durch Sedimentation, Entwässern, Trocknen und/oder Mahlen. Die dabei erhaltenen Verbindungen sind verwendbar als Füllstoffe oder hochweisse Pigmente bei der Herstellung und Oberflächenbeschichtung von Papier, Pappe oder Karton, bei der Herstellung von Farben und Lacken, als flammhemmender Füllstoff für den Brandschutz in Baustoffen sowie als Füllstoff zur Herstellung von Gips- bzw. Bauplatten oder als hydraulisch aktives Additiv zur Herstellung von Quellzementen, Quellgipsen und Estrichen sowie als Quellkomponente für explosionsfreie Sprengmittel.

The invention relates to the production of calcium compounds containing water of crystallisation by means of a chemical reaction between an aqueous alkaline sodium aluminate solution and solid or dissolved or suspended calcium (hydr)oxide in the presence of carbon dioxide or carbonate; and to the use of these compounds. The resulting precipitate is separated by sedimentation, dehydration, drying and/or calcination and/or grinding or suspending the resulting filter cake and reacted with at least one mineral acid and/or at least one salt of the same. The resulting precipitate, which contains water of crystallisation, is separated by sedimentation, dehydration, drying and/or grinding. The resulting compounds can be used as fillers or as extra white pigments for producing and surface-treating paper, cardboard or card, for producing paints and lacquers, as a flame-retardant filler for fire-protecting construction materials and as a filler for producing plasterboards or building slabs or as a hydraulically active additive for producing expansive cements, expansive plasters and screed and as a swelling component for explosion-free disintegrants.

L'invention concerne la production et l'utilisation de liaisons de calcium contenant de l'eau de cristallisation par réaction chimique entre une solution alcaline d'aluminate de sodium aqueuse et un (hydro-)oxyde de calcium solide, dissout ou en suspension en présence de dioxyde de carbone ou de carbonate et par séparation du précipité obtenu par sédimentation, déshydratation, séchage et/ou calcination et/ou broyage ou mise en suspension du cake de filtration obtenu et réaction de ce dernier avec au moins un acide minéral et/ou au moins un sel de ce dernier et séparation du précipité contenant de l'eau de cristallisation ainsi obtenu par sédimentation, déshydratation, séchage et/ou broyage. Les liaisons ainsi obtenues peuvent être utilisées comme matières de remplissage ou pigments ultrablancs lors de la production et du revêtement de surface de papier, carton blanc ou carton, lors de la production de peintures et vernis, comme matière de remplissage ignifuge pour la protection contre l'incendie dans les matériaux de construction; comme matière de remplissage pour la production de plaques de gips ou de construction ou comme additif hydrauliquement actif pour la production de ciment à expansion, de gips à expansion et de plaques à planchers et enfin comme composant à expansion pour des désintégrants sans explosion.
