(EN)The present invention relates to a package for preserves of fish filet with sauces, wherein said package comprises a vessel which is made of a polymeric material and comprises two compartments isolated from each other for receiving fish filet and at least one sauce. Each compartment has its own vacuum level in order to prevent any humidity emission from the product placed in a given compartment. The packaging method involves placing the fish filet and at least one sauce into the isolated compartments of the vessel, creating a vacuum level for each compartment in order to prevent any humidity emission from the product placed in a given compartment and eventually sealing the compartments.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un emballage pour des conserves de filets de poisson en sauce, lequel emballage comprend un récipient qui est fait d'un matériau polymère et qui comprend des compartiments isolés l'un de l'autre contenant des filets de poisson et au moins une sauce. Chaque compartiment possède son propre niveau de vide, ce qui permet d'éviter toute émission de l'humidité contenue dans le produit disposé dans un compartiment donné. Le procédé d'emballage consiste à placer les filets de poisson et au moins une sauce dans les compartiments isolés du récipient, à créer un niveau de vide propre à chaque compartiment de manière à éviter tout émission d'humidité d'un produit placé dans le compartiment donné, puis à sceller les compartiments.
