(EN)The invention is characterised in that an illuminating device which includes a flash unit (4; 9-13) where a substantial part of the light emitted is ultraviolet and short-wave light is caused to illuminate said marking (1-5) by causing said unit to flash light at least in conjunction with a voltage loss in respect of standard lighting.
(FR)Le procédé de la présente invention se caractérise en ce qu'un dispositif d'éclairage comportant une unité clignotante (4; 9-13) émettant une lumière sensiblement composée de rayonnement ultraviolet et de rayonnement de courte longueur d'onde, est utilisé pour éclairer un marquage (1-5), ladite unité clignotante étant conçue pour clignoter au moins lorsque se produit une baisse de tension de l'éclairage normal.
