(EN)The present invention relates to the detection of genetic polymorphisms in gene encoding xenobiotics metabolizing enzymes CYP1A1, CYP2D6, CYP3A4, and NAT2. In particular, the present invention relates to a method of detecting genetic variation in individuals by amplifying the locus of interest, hybridizing the resulting amplification product with allele-specific-oligonucleotides (ASOs), and visualizing the results. Such a method is in the field of diagnostics, pharmacogenetics, therapeutics, and drug metabolism.
(FR)Cette invention se rapporte à la détection des polymorphismes génétiques dans des gènes codant les enzymes CYP1A1, CYP2D6, CYP3A4 et NAT2 qui ont une action métabolisant les xénobiotiques. Cette invention se rapporte particulièrement à un procédé servant à détecter des variations génétiques chez des individus, en amplifiant le locus concerné, en hybridant le produit d'amplification qui en résulte avec des oligonucléotides spécifiques à l'allèle (ASO) et en visualisant les résultats obtenus. Un tel procédé s'applique dans le domaine du diagnostic, de la pharmacogénétique, de la thérapeutique et du métabolisme des médicaments.
