Abstract
(EN)
The present invention provides purified and isolated polynucleotide molecules that encode $i(Chlamydia) polypeptides which can be used in methods to prevent, treat, and diagnose $i(Chlamydia) infection. In one form of the invention, the polynucleotide molecules are selected from DNA that encode polypeptides CPN100397 (SEQ ID Nos: 1 and 2), CPN100421 (SEQ ID Nos: 3 and 4), CPN100422 (SEQ ID Nos: 4 and 6), CPN100424 (SEQ ID Nos: 7 and 8), CPN100426 (SEQ ID Nos: 9 and 10), CPN100508 (SEQ ID Nos: 11 and 12), CPN100515 (SEQ ID Nos: 13 and 14), CPN100538 (SEQ ID Nos: 15 and 16), CPN100557 (SEQ ID Nos: 17 and 18), CPN100622 (SEQ ID Nos: 19 and 20), CPN100626 (SEQ ID Nos: 21 and 22), CPN100628 (SEQ ID Nos: 23 and 24) and CPN100630 (SEQ ID Nos: 25 and 26).
