Abstract
(EN) A PTC chip thermistor comprises a conductive PTC polymer body; first and second outer electrodes; one or more inner electrodes disposed in the polymer body; and first and second side electrodes being in direct electrical connection with the first outer electrode. The odd and even inner electrodes are connected directly with the second side electrode and the first side electrode, respectively. A relation, a/t, is determined to range from 3 to 6, where a is the distance from the odd inner electrode to the first electrode or from the even inner electrode to the second electrode, and t is the distance between adjacent inner electrodes or the distance from the first and second outer electrodes to the adjacent inner electrode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une thermistance à puce CTP qui comprend un corps polymère CTP; une première et une seconde électrodes extérieures; une ou plusieurs électrodes intérieures dans le corps polymère; et une première et une seconde électrodes latérales en liaison électrique directe avec la première électrode extérieure.
