Abstract
(EN) The invention concerns a method and a device for heat treatment of finely divided solids, which consist in organising a gradual and continuous unidirectional displacement of solid particles along a vibro fluidised bed, and in subjecting said particles to a heat treatment at medium or high temperature while they are being displaced. The invention is characterised in that the heat treatment is performed by heating from the outside the conveying tube (10), and the solid particles are displaced under controlled atmosphere in said heated tube (10) up to a hot centrifuge (20) so as to avoid condensation of the condensable gas fractions, with vapour and gas evacuation, and recuperating the solid residues.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement thermique de solides divisés, consistant à organiser un déplacement unidirectionnel progressif et en continu de particules solides selon un lit fluidisé par vibration, et à soumettre ces particules à un traitement thermique à moyenne ou haute température lors de leur déplacement. Conformément à l'invention, le traitement thermique est réalisé en chauffant par l'extérieur le tube transporteur (10), et les particules solides se déplacent sous atmosphère contrôlée dans ce tube chauffé (10) jusqu'à un séparateur chaud (20), de façon à éviter la condensation des fractions gazeuses condensables, avec au niveau dudit séparateur une évacuation des vapeurs et gaz, et une récupération des résidus solides.
