Abstract
(EN) A modem for a radio device, which compensates for characteristics on the radio device to increase data transmission speed without changing device specifications. A deemphasis filter for compensating for the characteristics of a preemphasis filter in a radio transmitter is provided in the modem on the transmitting side, while an emphasis filter for compensating for the characteristics of the deemphasis filter in the radio receiver is provided in the modem on the receiving side. This compensates for the characteristics of the radio devices. A redundant signal point is added outside the signal constellation when the signal points of input data are selected, so that in-phase components preceding and following the signal point can be emphasized.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un modem pour un dispositif radio, corrigeant les caractéristiques de ce dispositif de manière à augmenter la vitesse de transmission de données, sans toutefois modifier les caractéristiques technique du dispositif. Par ailleurs, un filtre de désaccentuation permettant de corriger les caractéristiques d'un filtre de préaccentuation dans un émetteur radio est disposé dans le modem du côté émission, alors qu'un filtre d'amplification permettant de corriger les caractéristiques du filtre de désaccentuation dans le récepteur radio est disposé dans le modem du côté réception. Ceci permet de corriger les caractéristiques des dispositifs radio. En outre, on ajoute un point de signal redondant à l'extérieur de la constellation de signaux lorsque les points de signaux de données d'entrée sont sélectionnés, de manière à pouvoir amplifier les composants en phase qui précédent et qui suivent le point de signal.
