Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Asphalt-haltigen Belägen im Straßen- und Industriebau auf tragfähigen, gegebenenfalls gewalzten Unterlagen durch Aufbringen mittels Fertigern oder von Hand, eines heißen Asphaltgemisches, das besteht aus einer fließfähigen, heißen, gut durchmischten Auftragsmasse aus einem mineralischen Korngerüst, mindestens einem Bindemittel, einem oder mehreren Füllstoffen und mindestens einem Füllstoff-Zusatz, auf die Unterlage in der gewünschten Dicke und anschließendes Verdichten des Belags. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem die Anwendung dieses Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Asphaltbelägen, Asphaltbetonbelägen, Splittmastixasphaltbelägen, Gußasphaltbelägen, Asphaltmastix-Deckschichten, industriellen Asphalt-Estrichbelägen und Industrieböden, vorzugsweise in Dicken von 0,5 bis 20 cm, insbesondere von 2 bis 10 cm, speziell von 3 bis 8 cm.

The invention relates to a method for producing asphalt-containing coverings in road building and industrial constructions on good bearing, optionally rolled, beds, by applyingith finishers or by hand a hot asphalt mixture consisting of a flowable, hot and thoroughly mixed covering material made of a mineral granular structure, at least one binder, one or several filler materials and at least one filler material additive on the bed in the desired thickness and subsequently compacting the covering. The invention also relates to the utilization of said method for producing asphalt coverings, asphalt concrete coatings, mastic-grouted asphalt surfacings, poured asphalt coatings, asphalt mastic surfacings, industrial pavements and industrial floorings, preferably with a thickness ranging between 0.5 to 20 cm, particularly between 2 to 10 cm, especially between 3 and 8 cm.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de recouvrements contenant de l'asphalte dans la construction routière et industrielle, sur des bases solides, ayant éventuellement subi un cylindrage. Selon ledit procédé, on applique sur la base, au moyen de finisseurs ou à la main, l'épaisseur souhaitée d'un mélange asphaltique chaud qui est constituée d'une matière de revêtement coulante, chaude, bien mélangée et comprend une structure granuleuse minérale, au moins un liant, une ou plusieurs matières de charge et au moins un additif pour matières de charge. On procède ensuite au compactage du recouvrement ainsi formé. L'invention concerne en outre la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé dans la production de recouvrements asphaltiques, de recouvrements en béton asphaltique, de recouvrements asphaltiques à gravillons, de recouvrements asphaltiques coulés, de couches de couverture en mastic asphaltique, de recouvrements en ciment asphaltique et de sols industriels, présentant, de préférence, une épaisseur de 0,5 à 20 cm, en particulier de 2 à 10 cm, spécialement de 3 à 8 cm.
