The invention relates to a method for detecting nucleotide sequences or nucleotides-binding proteins in a sample, comprising of bringing the sample into contact with a standard solution which contains as components one or more known probes in an incubation mixture, in order to enable complexing between the probe and the nucleotide sequence and/or the nucleotide-binding protein to be detected in the sample, and determining whether complexing has taken place by comparing the molecular weight of the probe(s) from the incubation mixture with the molecular weight of the probe(s) in the standard solution, wherein determining whether complexing has taken place is brought about by column-chromatographic separation of the components of the incubation mixture, separation in the same manner of the components of the standard solution and comparing the elution patterns of both separations, wherein a change in the elution speed of one or more probe(s) in the incubation mixture relative to the elution speed of one or more probe(s) in the standard solution indicates the presence of complexing.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de séquences nucléotidiques ou de protéines se liant aux nucléotides dans un échantillon, ce procédé consistant à mettre l'échantillon en contact avec une solution standard renfermant comme constituants une ou plusieurs sondes connues dans un mélange d'incubation, de façon à permettre la complexion entre la sonde et la séquence nucléotidique et/ou la protéine se liant aux nucléotides devant être détectée dans l'échantillon, et à déterminer ensuite si la complexion s'est produite en comparant le poids moléculaire de la/des sonde(s) dans le mélange d'incubation au poids moléculaire de la/des sonde(s) dans la solution standard. Par ailleurs, on détermine si la complexion s'est effectivement produite en séparant par colonne chromatographique les constituants du mélange d'incubation, puis en séparant de la même façon les constituants de la solution standard et on comparant les diagrammes d'élution des deux séparations, le changement de vitesse d'élution d'une ou de plusieurs sondes dans le mélange d'incubation par rapport à la vitesse d'élution d'une ou de plusieurs sondes dans la solution standard indiquant la présence de complexion.
