The invention concerns an analysis card (1) as well as a method for filling such a card (1) and the use of said card (1). Said card (1) comprises a body (2) consisting of: a zone for injecting (3) into the card (1) a biological fluid to be analysed; a main duct supplying (5) the biological fluid coming from the injection zone (3); at least two secondary ducts (6) located in the extension of the mains duct (5); and at least one well (7) corresponding to each secondary duct (6). The invention is characterised in that each well (7) constitutes a means for dispensing a specific volume of said biological fluid (4) into at least two terminal analysis ducts (9, 10, or 11), via a terminal duct (8) for each analysis cavity (9, 10, or 11) and the volume (4) to be analysed is less than the total volume of all the analysis ducts. Although this concerns a particular embodiment wherein a biological fluid is transferred in parallel, in another embodiment the transfer may be carried out in series. The invention is particularly applicable in microbiology.

La présente invention concerne une carte d'analyse (1). Elle concerne également un procédé de remplissage d'une telle carte (1) ainsi que l'utilisation de cette carte (1). Ladite carte (1) comprend un corps (2) constitué par: une zone d'injection (3) dans la carte (1) d'un liquide biologique à analyser, un canal principal d'aménée (5) du liquide biologique provenant de la zone d'injection (3), au moins deux canaux secondaires (6) situés dans le prolongement du canal principal (5), et au moins un puits (7) correspondant à chaque canal secondaire (6). La carte est caractérisée par le fait que chaque puits (7) constitue un moyen de distribution, d'un volume déterminé dudit liquide biologique (4), dans au moins deux cavités d'analyse terminales (9, 10, ou 11), via un canal terminal (8) pour chaque cavité d'analyse (9, 10 ou 11) et que le volume (4) à analyser est inférieur au volume total de toutes les cavités d'analyse. Il s'agit d'un mode de réalisation où un liquide biologique à analyser est transféré en parallèle, néanmoins selon un autre mode de réalisation le transfert s'effectue en série. L'invention trouve une application préférentielle dans le domaine de la microbiologie.
