Abstract

A polycarbonate resin composition which consists substantially of (A) 40 to 92 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate resin (ingredient a), (B) 5 to 40 wt.% styrene resin (ingredient b), (C) 3 to 20 wt.% phosphoric ester flame retardant (ingredient c), and (D) a silicate filler (ingredient d) in an amount of 0.1 to 30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the sum of ingredients a, b, and c, and has a chlorine compound content in terms of chlorine atom amount of 100 ppm or lower; and a molding of the composition. The composition can give a molded article excellent not only in resistance to moist heat but also in flame retardancy.

Cette composition de résines polycarbonates comprend essentiellement (A) 40 à 92 % en poids d'une résine polycarbonate aromatique (ingrédient a), (B) 5 à 40 % en poids d'une résine styrène (ingrédient b), 3 à 20 % en poids d'un agent ignifuge à base d'ester phosphorique (ingrédient c), et (D) une charge de silicate (ingrédient d) représentant 0,1 à 30 parts en poids pour 100 parts en poids de la somme des ingrédients a, b et c, cette composition possédant une teneur en composé chloré, en terme de quantité d'atome de chlore, de l'ordre de 100 ppm ou moins. L'invention concerne également un moulage de cette composition, laquelle produit un excellent article moulé possédant des propriétés non seulement de résistance à la chaleur humide, mais également d'ignifugation.
