Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von kleinen sphärischen Partikeln, die ganz oder teilweise aus mindestens einem wasserunlöslichen linearen Polysaccharid bestehen, durch Lösen des mindestens einen wasserunlöslichen Polysaccharids in einem Lösungsmittel oder Lösungsmittelgemisch, Einbringen der Lösung in ein Fällmittel oder Fällmittelgemisch, gegebenenfalls Kühlen des dabei entstehenden Gemisches und Abtrennen der gebildeten kleinen Partikel, wobei als Fällungshilfsmittel mindestens ein heißwasserlösliches Poly-alpha-D-glucan eingesetzt wird, sowie nach diesem Verfahren erhältliche Partikel.

The present invention relates to a method for the production of small spherical particles consisting totally or partly of at least one water-insoluble linear polysaccharide by dissolving the at least one water-insoluble polysaccharide in a solvent or a solvent mixture, introducing the solution into a precipitating agent or a precipitating agent mixture, optionally cooling the mixture thus obtained and separating the formed small particles, wherein at least one poly alpha D-glucan soluble in hot water is used as auxiliary agent for precipitation. The invention also relates to the particles obtained according to said method.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer de petites particules sphériques, consistant en totalité ou en partie en au moins un polysaccharide linéaire soluble dans l'eau, par dissolution dudit polysaccharide non soluble dans l'eau (au moins au nombre de un) dans un solvant ou dans un mélange de solvants, par introduction de la solution dans un agent de précipitation ou un mélange d'agents de précipitation, éventuellement par refroidissement du mélange qui en résulte et par séparation des petites particules formées. L'agent auxiliaire de précipitation utilisé est au moins un poly-alpha-D-glucane soluble dans l'eau chaude. L'invention concerne en outre des particules obtenues à l'aide dudit procédé.
