Abstract:
(EN) A disc serving as a spatial radiation modulator has dispersed radiation filters thereon. Each filter has a transmittance or reflectance modulation function of the form sin2(m$g(u) + p$g(p)/4), where m is a positive integer and p has one of the four values 0, 1, 2, 3. A radiation beam including selected wavelength components is diffracted into an elongated image dispersed according to wavelength. Different wavelength components are focused onto different filters on the modulator and are encoded by corresponding filters. Since the modulation functions of the filters are orthogonal to one another, it is possible to extract the amplitude of each wavelength component after it has been encoded or modulated by corresponding filter from the total detected signal during one measurement.
(FR) On décrit un disque fonctionnant comme modulateur de rayonnement spatial et sur lequel sont dispersés des filtres de rayonnement. Chaque filtre remplit une fonction de modulation de transmittance ou de réflectance de la formule sin2(m$g(u) + p$g(p)/4), m étant un entier positif et p ayant l'une des quatre valeurs 0, 1, 2, 3. Un faisceau de rayonnement incluant des éléments de longueur d'onde choisis est diffracté en une image allongée dispersée en fonction de la longueur d'onde. Différents éléments de longueur d'onde sont focalisés sur différents filtres du modulateur et codés par des filtres correspondants. Les fonctions de modulation des filtres étant orthogonales les unes par rapport aux autres, il est possible d'extraire l'amplitude de chaque élément de longueur d'onde une fois celui-ci codé ou modulé par un filtre correspondant, à partir du signal complet détecté pendant le mesurage.
