Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Führungsanordnung, insbesondere Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung, umfassend einen Zylinder (3), entlang dessen als Kolbenführungsfläche (6) ausgebildeter innerer Bohrung (5) ein Gleitabschnitt eines Kolbens (2) axial verlagerbar ist, und einen Kolben (2), an dem ein Pleuel mittels eines Bolzens anlenkbar ist, wobei wenigstens zwei den Kolben (2) radial begrenzende, zylindrische und umlaufende Gleitabschnitte (9a, 10a) zur Abstützung gegen die Führungsfläche (6) des Zylinders (3), die lösbar durch zwei Teile (7, 8) des Kolbens (2), von denen wenigstens eines einen zentralen Durchbruch der Gleitabschnitte (9a, 10a) durchsetzt, auf dem Kolben (2) angeordnet sind. Die Kräfte und Momente werden gleichmäßig auf wenigstens zwei Gleitabschnitte dadurch verteilt, daß in axialer Erstreckung des Kolbens (2), die Gleitabschnitte außerhalb der Achse des Bolzens angeordnet sind und mindestens einer (9a) der wenigstens zwei Gleitabschnitte (9a, 10a) vollständig einerseits und mindestens ein anderer (10a) der wenigstens zwei Gleitabschnitte (9a, 10a) vollständig andererseits der Achse des Bolzens (20) angeordnet ist, daß die Gleitabschnitte (9a, 10a) in einem festen gegenseitigen axialen Abstand (11) zueinander festgelegt sind, und daß die Kraftübertragung von dem Bolzen auf die Gleitabschnitte (9a, 10a) ausschließlich mittelbar über die zentralen Teile (7, 8) des Kolbens (2) vorgesehen ist. Ferner wird eine günstige tribologische Paarung dadurch erzielt, daß das eine Material der Paarung Gleitabschnitt (9a, 10a) - Führungsfläche (6) aus der Gruppe umfassend polykristalliner Diamant, amorpher Kohlenwasserstoff, tetragonal koordinierter Kohlenstoff und metallhaltiger Kohlenwasserstoff ausgewählt ist, und das andere Material der Paarung aus der Gruppe umfassend mesophasiger Graphit und Ultrafeinkorn-Graphit ausgewählt ist.

The invention relates to a guide arrangement, especially for a piston-cylinder arrangement, comprising a cylinder (3) in which a bearing section of a piston (2) can be displaced axially along its inner bore (5) configured as a piston bearing surface (6) and a piston (2) to which a connecting rod can be coupled by means of a pin. At least two cylindrical and peripheral bearing sections (9a, 10a) radially delimiting the piston (2) and serving as support on the bearing surface (6) of the cylinder (3) are releasably arranged on said piston (2) by means of two parts (7, 8) of the piston (2), at least one of which penetrates a central opening of the bearing sections (9a, 10a). The forces and torques are evenly distributed on the at least two bearing sections in the axial extension of the piston (2) in such a way that the bearing sections are arranged outside the axle of the pin and at least one section (9a) of the at least two bearing sections (9a, 10a) is completely arranged on one side of the axle of the pin (20) and at least the other section (10a) of the at least two bearing sections (9a, 10a) is completely arranged on the other side of the axle of the pin (20). In addition, the bearing sections (9a, 10a) are fixed at a fixed reciprocal axial distance (11) in relation to each other. Force is transmitted from the pin to the bearing sections (9a, 10a) exclusively through the central parts (7, 8) of the piston (2). A favorable tribologic pairing is achieved in that one of the materials of the pairing bearing section (9a, 10a) guide surface (6) is chosen from the group comprising polycrystalline diamond, amorphous hydrocarbon, tetragonally coordinated hydrocarbon and metal-containing hydrocarbon and in that the other material of the pairing is selected from the group comprising mesophase graphite and ultrafine grain graphite.

L'invention concerne une ensemble de guidage, notamment un ensemble piston-cylindre, comprenant un cylindre (3), dans lequel une section de glissement d'un piston (2) peut coulisser axialement le long de l'alésage interne dudit cylindre, ledit alésage servant de surface de guidage de piston (6), et un piston (2) sur lequel peut être articulée une bielle au moyen d'un arbre. Au moins deux sections de glissement (9a, 10a) cylindriques et périphériques, délimitant radialement le piston (2), sont placées de manière libérable sur le piston (2), par l'intermédiaire de deux parties (7, 8) du piston (2), pour que ce dernier prenne appui contre la surface de guidage (6) du cylindre (3), au moins une de ces deux parties passant à travers un passage central des sections de glissement (9a, 10a). Les forces et les couples sont répartis de manière homogène sur au moins deux sections de glissement car, dans la direction axiale du piston, les sections de glissement sont placées à l'extérieur de l'axe de l'arbre. De plus, au moins une (9a) desdites sections de glissement (9a, 10a) est placée entièrement d'un côté de l'axe de l'arbre (20) et au moins une autre (10a) desdites sections de glissement est placée entièrement de l'autre côté de l'axe de l'arbre (20). Les sections de glissement (9a, 10a) sont fixées à une distance axiale fixe (11) l'une par rapport à l'autre, et le transfert de force entre l'arbre et les sections de glissement (9a, 10a) est prévu exclusivement par l'intermédiaire des parties centrales (7, 8) du piston (2). On obtient en outre un appariement tribologique avantageux en sélectionnant un matériau de l'appariement 'section de glissement (9a, 10a) - surface de guidage (6)' dans le groupe comprenant le diamant polycristallin, les hydrocarbures amorphes, le carbone tétragonal et les hydrocarbures métalliques, et l'autre matériau de l'appariement dans le groupe comprenant le graphite à phase mésomorphe et le graphite à grains ultrafins.
