Title (EN) AGENTS FOR THE PREVENTION OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY STRESS CONDITIONS
(FR) AGENTS DESTINES A LA PREVENTION DE LESIONS CAUSEES PAR DES ETATS DE STRESS
Abstract: front page image
(EN)The present invention concerns an agent for preventing decrease in the level of protease-activated receptor (PAR) mRNA (in particular the Thrombin receptor) under stress conditions such as hypoxia and ischemia. The agent is an activator of PAR. The agent can be used as an active ingredient for the treatment of cardial disorders caused by lack of oxygen and/or blood flow.
