Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von oxidischen Katalysatoren, die Kupfer in einer Oxidationsstufe >0 enthalten, durch Behandeln eines festen, oxidischen Trägermaterials mit einer wässrigen Lösung, die wenigstens ein Kupfersalz enthält, und anschliessendes Kalzinieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wässrige Lösung des Kupfersalzes wenigstens ein organisches, wasserlösliches Polymer, welches Kupferionen koordinativ bindet, in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 100 g/l enthält. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch die durch dieses Verfahren erhältlichen Katalysatoren. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Dehydrierung sekundärer Alkohole zu Ketonen unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Katalysatoren, insbesondere zur Dehydrierung von Cyclohexanol.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing oxidic catalysts containing copper with an oxidation number > 0 by treating a solid oxidic supporting material with an aqueous solution containing at least one copper salt and by means of a subsequent calcination. The invention is characterized in that the aqueous solution of the copper salt contains at least one organic, water soluble polymer, said polymer coordinately bonding copper ions, in a concentration of 0.1 to 100 g/l. The invention also relates to the catalysts obtained by said method. In addition, the invention relates to a method for dehydrating secondary alcohols into ketones by utilizing the inventive catalysts, especially for dehydrating cyclohexanol.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de catalyseurs de type oxydique, contenant du cuivre avec un nombre d'oxydation > 0, par traitement d'un matériau support solide de type oxydique avec une solution aqueuse qui contient au moins un sel de cuivre, puis par calcination. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que la solution aqueuse du sel de cuivre contient au moins entre 0,1 et 100 g/l d'un polymère organique soluble dans l'eau, qui lie des ions cuivre de manière dative. L'invention concerne en outre les catalyseurs pouvant être obtenus à l'aide dudit procédé, ainsi qu'un procédé de déshydrogénation d'alcools secondaires pour former des cétones à l'aide des catalyseurs de l'invention, notamment pour déshydrogéner du cyclohexanol.
