Abstract
(EN) A receiver of a handset transceiver, in a wireless telephone system having a plurality of wireless handset and a base unit having a base transceiver. Each handset has a handset transceiver for establishing a time-division multiple access (TDMA) link over a shared channel with the base unit via the base transceiver, in which each handset communicates during an exclusive time slot of a TDMA scheme that allocates time slots to active handsets for receiving a spread spectrum signal comprising successive chips representing successive symbols. Each receiver has one or more demodulation loops for demodulating the received spread spectrum signal, wherein each demodulation loop is characterized by one or more demodulation loop parameters. A parallel correlator of the receiver detects a peak bin and provides the peak bin and two adjacent bins. An error estimator of the receiver adjusts the demodulation parameters in accordance with the peak bin and the two adjacent bins to optimize demodulation of the spread spectrum signal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un récepteur de l'émetteur-récepteur d'un combiné, dans un système de radiotéléphonie sans fil comportant une pluralité de combinés sans fil et un bloc de base comportant un émetteur-récepteur de base. Chaque combiné comporte un émetteur-récepteur permettant d'établir avec le bloc de base une liaison à accès multiple par répartition dans le temps (AMRT) par canal partagé via l'émetteur-récepteur de base. Chaque combiné communique pendant un intervalle de temps exclusif d'une logique AMRT assignant des intervalles de temps à des combinés actifs pour leur permettre de recevoir un signal à étalement du spectre constitué d'une suite d'éléments représentant une suite de symboles. Chaque récepteur comporte une ou plusieurs boucles de démodulation permettant de démoduler le signal à étalement du spectre reçu. Chaque boucle de démodulation se caractérise par un ou plusieurs paramètres de la boucle de démodulation. Un corrélateur parallèle du récepteur détecte une accumulation de crête et fournit l'accumulation de crête et deux accumulations adjacentes. Un calculateur d'erreurs du récepteur fixe les paramètres de démodulation en fonction de l'accumulation de crête et des deux accumulations adjacentes. La fixation des paramètres vise à optimiser la démodulation du signal à étalement du spectre.
