Abstract
(EN) A tilt angle sensor capable of being mounted to vehicles such as automobiles, highly resistant to disturbance such as vibration, excellent in turning performance and capable of being downsized, comprising a non-magnetic and electrically conductive weight (1), a rotary shaft (2) fixed to the weight (1), a bearing (3) for turnably supporting the rotary shaft (2), a frame (4) for holding the bearing (3), a reflection type optical interrupter (6) comprising one or two sets of light reception/emission devices (27, 26) having the signals thereof changed depending on the operation of the weight (1), a flange portion (7) so extended to the outer peripheral portion of the weight as to be parallel, or to have a predetermined angle, with the rotary shaft (2) and a magnet (8) fitted to the frame (4) in such a manner that a magnetic flux is generated preferentially in the direction of the flange portion (7).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un détecteur d'angle d'inclinaison pour véhicules tels que les automobiles, fortement résistant aux perturbations telles que les vibrations, excellent dans les virages, et miniaturisable. Il comporte une masselotte (1) électroconductrice non magnétique, un axe de rotation (2) fixé à la masselotte (1), un palier (3) recevant l'axe de rotation (2), un cadre (4) recevant le palier (3), un interrupteur optique (6) à réflexion comportant un ou deux ensembles émetteurs/récepteurs de lumière (27, 26) dont les signaux varient en fonction des mouvements de la masselotte (1), un flasque (7) partant de la périphérie extérieure de la masselotte (1) de manière à être parallèle à, ou à présenter un angle prédéterminé avec, l'axe de rotation (2), et un aimant (8) fixé au cadre et disposé de manière à produire préférentiellement un flux magnétique dans la direction du flasque (7).
