Abstract
(DE) Für eine aus Reibring (4) sowie topfförmigem Halteteil (2) bestehende Bremsscheibe (1) wird vorgeschlagen, zur Gewichts- und Materialeinsparung den Reibring (4) mit einer skelettartigen Gittergrundstruktur (12) zu versehen. Durch die Gitterstruktur (12) entsteht ein mechanisch wie thermisch zwar nachgiebiges jedoch andererseits auch äusserst widerstandsfähiges netzartiges Rippengeflecht, was eine Gewichtseinsparung an der gesamten Bremsscheibe (1) ermöglicht. Besonders vorteilhaft lässt sich die Erfindung bei belüfteten Bremsscheiben (1) realisieren, wobei aufgrund der Tragfähigkeit der Gitterstruktur (12) die Reibringdicke (10) reduziert werden kann.
(EN) The invention relates to a brake disc (1) consisting of a friction ring (4) and a pot-shaped holding part (2). According to the invention, the friction ring has a skeleton-like lattice base structure (12) in order to reduce its weight and save materials. Said lattice structure (12) results in an interwoven webbed grid which is yielding but also extremely resistant, mechanically and thermally, and which reduces the weight of the brake disc (1) overall. The invention can be applied particularly advantageously to ventilated brake discs (1) since the bearing capacity of the lattice structure enables the thickness of the friction ring (10) to be reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un disque de frein (1) comportant une bague de friction (4) et un élément de retenue cupuliforme (2). Cette bague de friction (4) présente une structure de base réticulaire (12), en forme d'ossature, en vue de réduire son poids et d'économiser des matériaux. Cette structure réticulaire (12) forme un treillis crénelé flexible mais également extrêmement résistant, sur le plan mécanique et thermique, et réduisant le poids global du disque de frein (1). L'invention s'applique notamment avantageusement à des disques de frein ventilés (1) puisque la résistance de la structure réticulaire permet la réduction de l'épaisseur de la bague de friction (10).
