Abstract
(DE) Ein Verschlussdeckel (10) für einen ortsfesten Stutzen eines Kraftfahrzeugkühlers ist mit einem Deckelinnenteil (14) versehen, das eine Strömungsverbindung zwischen dem Behälterinneren und dem Behälteräußeren und eine Ventilanordnung (11) zum Freigeben und Sperren der Strömungsverbindung aufweist, wobei ein hin und her bewegbarer Ventilkörper (22) der Ventilanordnung (11) zum Behälterinneren hin gegen einen Dichtsitz (21) am Deckelinnenteil (14) unter Vorspannung derart gedrückt ist, dass er bei Überschreiten eines Grenzwertes des Behälterinnendrucks von Dichtsitz (21) abhebbar ist. Zur Schaffung eines Verschlussdeckels (10) mit dem einerseits ein Öffnen bei einem durch Stauwärme erzeugten Überdruckl in einfacher und kostengünstiger Weise verhindert ist und mit dem andererseits nach wie vor sichergestellt ist, dass der Behälter bei weiterem Ansteigen des Druckes geschützt ist, ist vorgesehen, dass die Vorspannung, mit der der Ventilkörper (22) gegen den Dichtsitz (21) gedrückt ist, betriebsgesteuert einstellbar ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a closing cap (10) for the fixed tubing of a motor vehicle radiator, comprising an inner part (14) with a flow connection means between the inside and the outside of the container, as well as a distributing mechanism for freeing and closing the flow connection means. A valve body (22) of the distributing mechanism (11), which can be reciprocated, is compressed under pre-stress towards the inside of the container against a sealing seat (21) at the inner part (14) of the cap, so that said valve body can be lifted from said sealing seat (21) when a threshold value of the pressure inside the container is exceeded. In order to produce a closing cap (10) which does not open in case of overpressure resulting from heat accumulation and which ensures that the container is protected in case of a continuing increase of pressure, in a simple and cost-effective way, the invention provides for in-use controlled adjustment of the pre-stress used for compressing the valve body (22) against the sealing seat (21).
(FR) L'invention concerne un capot de fermeture (10) pour la tubulure fixe d'un radiateur d'automobile, qui est muni d'une partie intérieure (14) présentant un élément qui assure une liaison d'écoulement entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du récipient, ainsi qu'un mécanisme de distribution (11) pour libérer et fermer la liaison d'écoulement. Un corps de soupape (22) du mécanisme de distribution (11), qui peut être déplacé en va-et-vient, est comprimé en direction de l'intérieur du récipient, contre un siège d'étanchéité (21) au niveau de la partie intérieure du couvercle (14), par précontrainte, de manière à pouvoir être soulevé dudit siège d'étanchéité (21) lorsqu'une valeur limite de la pression régnant à l'intérieur du récipient est dépassée. Afin de mettre au point un capot de fermeture (10) permettant d'une part d'éviter, de manière simple et économique, que ledit capot ne s'ouvre en cas de surpression due à une accumulation de chaleur, et garantissant par ailleurs que le récipient soit protégé en cas de poursuite de la montée de la pression, il est prévu que la précontrainte avec laquelle le corps de soupape (22) est comprimé contre le siège d'étanchéité (21) puisse être ajustée par commande en service.
