(EN)A tube for heat exchangers comprising a brazing sheet (B) constituting the tube (2) and provided with a bead (21), a ridge portion of which being brazed to the portion of an inner surface, opposite thereto, of a tube part (20), and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein a thickness (t') of the tube part (20) not yet brazed is set larger than a predetermined thickness (t) thereof and the tube part (20) is compressed in the direction of the thickness thereof during a later brazing operation to crush or sink the ridge portion of the bead against or into the opposed portion of the inner surface of the tube part, whereby the ridge portion of the bead and the opposed portion of the inner surface of the tube can be brazed to each other firmly and reliably.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un tube (2) pour échangeur de chaleur constitué d'un feuillard (B) pour brasure et comportant une nervure (21) dont la crête est brasée sur une partie (20) d'une surface intérieure du tube lui faisant face; et sur son procédé de fabrication. L'épaisseur (t') de la partie de tube avant brasure est plus grande qu'une de ses épaisseurs (t) prédéterminées, et la partie de tube (20) est comprimée dans le sens de son épaisseur pendant l'opération ultérieure de brasage de manière à écraser ou enfoncer la crête de la nervure contre ou dans la surface intérieure du tube lui faisant face, ce qui permet de braser fermement l'une sur l'autre la crête et la surface intérieure du tube lui faisant face.
