Abstract
(EN) Object: to produce a conductive epoxy resin composition with improvement in the characteristics of rapid-curability, heat resistance and moisture resistance, adhesion reliability, storage properties and low-temperature curability that can be used effectively for production of conductive adhesive films. Solution means: the conductive epoxy resin composition comprising an alicyclic epoxy resin, optional diols, a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer with an epoxy group in the molecule, an ultraviolet activated cationic polymerisation catalyst, an optional tackifier having an aromatic ring in the molecule, and conductive particles.
(FR) L'objectif de l'invention est de produire une composition de résine époxy conductrice, dont les caractéristiques suivantes sont améliorées: durcissement rapide, résistance à la chaleur, résistance à l'humidité, fiabilité d'adhérence, aptitude au stockage et durcissement à basse température, composition qui peut être utilisée efficacement pour la production de films adhésifs conducteurs. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que la composition de résine époxy conductrice selon l'invention comprend une résine époxy alicyclique, éventuellement des dioles, un élastomère thermoplastique styrénique comprenant un groupe époxy dans sa molécule, un catalyseur de polymérisation cationique activé par ultraviolets, éventuellement un agent collant présentant un cycle aromatique dans sa molécule, et des particules conductrices.
