Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Festplattenspeicher mit Antrieb, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem Stator und einem antreibbaren Rotor (7) beschrieben, der mit mindestens einem Datenträger bestückt ist, wobei Stator und Rotor gegenüber der Umgebung gekapselt sind, und ein Luftaustausch in dem in sich abgeschlossenen Reinraum des Festplattenspeichers ohne Entlüftung nach außen erfolgt. Zur Vermeidung, daß Partikel aus den Lagern (3, 4) in den Reinraum eingetragen werden, ist vorgesehen, daß die Lager gekapselt sind und außerhalb des Luftstromes liegen.
(EN) The invention relates to a hard disk storage device with a drive mechanism, consisting essentially of a stator and a driveable rotor (7). According to the invention, the hard disk storage device is equipped with at least one data carrier. The stator and rotor are enclosed in relation to the environment. Air is exchanged in the clean room of the hard disk storage device without ventilation to the outside, said clean room being closed in itself. The invention also provides that the bearings (3, 4) are enclosed and are located beyond the current of air to prevent particles from said bearings from being introduced into the clean room.
(FR) L'invention concerne une mémoire à disque dur dotée d'un mécanisme d'entraînement et comprenant principalement un stator et un rotor entraîné (7) qui est équipé au moins d'un support de données. Le stator et le rotor sont protégés de l'environnement par encapsulage et il se produit un échange d'air dans le compartiment propre fermé où se trouve la mémoire à disque dur, sans aération vers l'extérieur. Pour éviter le transport de particules des paliers (3, 4) vers le compartiment propre, les paliers sont encapsulés et placés en dehors de l'écoulement d'air.
