Abstract
(EN) In a bending simulation apparatus (30), after a three-dimensional drawing generation portion (22) generates a solid form from trihedral drawing data (21), a workpiece bending simulation portion (24) places a workpiece for forming edge angles of a solid form on a die (9) and carries out simulation operation for bending the workpiece completely up to the edge angle according to bending information including the edge angle of each side of the solid form, workpiece condition (Wp), tool condition (Kp) and the like. An elongation amount ($g(a)) of the workpiece is obtained by an elongation amount calculation portion (25) and an elongation amount subtraction portion (27) subtracts the elongation amount ($g(a)) from a length of each side of the solid form. A development drawing generation portion (28) creates a development drawing and an L-value calculation portion (29) transmits Li value based on this development drawing to the press machine (31).
(FR) Dans un appareil (30) de simulation de cintrage, après qu'une partie (22) de production de dessin tridimensionnel produit une forme pleine à partir de données (21) de dessin trièdre, une partie (24) de simulation de cintrage de pièce place une pièce afin de former des angles de bord d'une forme pleine sur une matrice (9) et effectue une opération de simulation de cintrage de la pièce complètement jusqu'à l'angle de bord conformément aux informations de cintrage relatives à l'angle de bord de chaque côté de la forme pleine, à l'état (Wp) de la pièce, à l'état (Kp) de l'outil et analogue. Une valeur $g(a) d'allongement de la pièce est obtenue par une partie (25) de calcul de la valeur d'allongement et une partie (27) de soustraction de la valeur d'allongement soustrait la valeur $g(a) d'allongement de la longueur de chaque côté de la forme pleine. Une partie (28) de production de dessin directeur crée un dessin directeur et une partie (29) de calcul de la valeur L transmet la valeur Li sur la base du dessin directeur à la presse (31).
