Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides isolated nucleic acids encoding full-length human estrogen receptor-$g(b) (hER$g(b)), which comprises 530 amino acids. The invention also provides isolated hER$g(b) polypeptides and hER$g(b)-reactive antibodies, including those that specifically recognize amino acids 1-45 of hER$g(b). The invention also encompasses methods for identifying hER$g(b)-interactive compounds, including agonists, antagonists, and co-activators.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des acides nucléiques isolés qui codent pour un récepteur $g(b) d'oestrogène humain (hER$g(b)) sur toute sa longueur, lequel comporte 530 acides aminés. L'invention a également trait à des polypeptides hER$g(b) isolés et à des anticorps anti-hER$g(b), y compris ceux qui reconnaissent de manière spécifique les acides aminés 1-45 de hER$g(b).
