Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a tertiary perester by contacting an acyl compound with a tertiary hydroperoxide and is characterized in that an acyl compound of formula R1[C(O)OR2]n, wherein R1 is a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated C1-C22 group, optionally containing one or more hetero atoms, R2 represents hydrogen or has the same meaning as described for R1, and n is 1-5, or a polyalcohol ester of R1C(O)OH, wherein R1 has the same meaning as described above, is contacted with a tertiary hydroperoxide of formula [HOOCR3R3]mR4, wherein R3 represents either a methyl or an ethyl group, R4 has the same meaning as described for R1, and m is 1-5, in the presence of an enzyme catalyst.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un perestrer ternaire grâce à la mise en contact d'un composé acyle et d'un hydroperoxyde ternaire. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'un composé acyle représenté par la formule R1[C(O)OR2]n - dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe C1-C22 saturé ou non, linéaire ou ramifié, renfermant éventuellement un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes; R2 représente de l'hydrogène ou est identique à R1; et n est compris entre 1 et 5 - ou bien un ester de polyalcool répondant à la formule R1C(O)OH - dans laquelle R1 est tel que décrit ci-dessus - est mis au contact, en présence d'un catalyseur enzymatique, d'un hydroperoxyde ternaire représenté par la formule [HOOCR3R3]mR4 dans laquelle R3 représente soit un groupe méthyle soit un groupe éthyle; R4 est identique à R1; et m est compris entre 1 et 5.
