(EN) The present invention relates to a method for reducing the accumulation of percipatants and impurities on ultrasonic transducers. This method is comprised of orienting the vibrating surface of a liquid immersed transducer at an oblique angle to the liquid's surface, and placing and orienting at least one immersed acoustic mirror opposite the vibrating surface, such that the ultrasonic waves originating at the vibrating surface of the transducer are reflected by the acoustic mirror and directed to the liquid's surface at the required angle.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de réduire l'accumulation des impuretés sur des transducteurs ultrasonores. Le procédé consiste à orienter la surface vibrante d'un transducteur immergé dans un liquide suivant un angle oblique par rapport à la surface du liquide et à placer et orienter au moins un miroir acoustique immergé du côté opposé à la surface vibrante pour que les ondes ultrasonores partant de la surface vibrante du transducteur soient réfléchies par le miroir acoustique et dirigées vers la surface du liquide suivant l'angle voulu.
