Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen als Wärmetauscher dienenden Drehzylinder mit einem Mantel (1), einem Innenteil (3) und einem zwischen Mantel und Innenteil definierten Ringraum (2) zum Durchleiten eines Kühl- oder Wärmeübertragungsmediums, wobei der Ringraum (2) im Bereich der Zylinderenden abgedichtet ist und der Mantel (1) im Bereich der Zylinderenden jeweils über eine mit einem Dichtring (10) zusammenwirkende, einen Konusring (15), einen Spannring (16) und mindestens eine Spannschraube (26) aufweisende Spannvorrichtung gegen das Innenteil verspannbar ist. Um bei einem derartigen Drehzylinder eine Aufweitung der Randbereiche des Zylindermantels (1) zuverlässig zu verhindern, wird erfindungsgemäß an jedem der beiden Zylinderenden eine ringförmige Einfassung (20) vorgesehen, die den Mantel (1) im Bereich der Spannvorrichtung und das Innenteil (3) an einer an dem jeweiligen Zylinderende ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (19) formschlüssig und im wesentlichen spielfrei umfaßt.
(EN) The invention relates to a rotary cylinder which also serves as a heat exchanger. Said rotary cylinder has a jacket (1), an inner part (3) and an annular chamber (2) for channelling a cooling or heat transfer medium, said annular chamber being defined between said jacket and said inner part. The annular chamber (2) is sealed in the area of each cylinder end and the jacket (1) can be clamped in relation to the inner part (3) in the area of the cylinder ends by means of a clamping device. Said clamping device interacts with a sealing ring (10) and has a conical ring (15), a clamping ring (16) and at least one clamping screw (26). According to the invention, an annular rim (20) is provided at each of the cylinder ends as a reliable means of preventing the edge areas of the cylinder jacket (1) from expanding in a rotary cylinder of this type. Said annular rim (20) encompasses the jacket (1) in the area of the clamping device, and the inner part (3) in a recess (19) configured at each cylinder end, with essentially no clearance and with a positive fit.
(FR) L'invention concerne un cylindre de distribution servant d'échangeur de chaleur et comportant un corps (1), une pièce intérieure (3) et un espace annulaire (2) défini entre le corps et la pièce intérieure, conçu pour assurer le passage d'un milieu transmettant de la chaleur ou du froid et présentant, de ce fait, une étanchéité dans la zone des extrémités du cylindre, le corps (1) pouvant être mis en tension vers la pièce intérieure dans la zone des extrémités du cylindre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de serrage associé à une bague d'étanchéité (10) et présentant un joint conique (15), une bague de serrage (16) et au moins une vis de serrage (26). Dans le but d'empêcher efficacement l'élargissement des bords du corps (1) du cylindre, un rebord annulaire (20) est placé à chacune des deux extrémités du cylindre et entoure étroitement le corps (1) dans la zone du dispositif de serrage et la pièce intérieure (3) au niveau d'un évidement situé à chacune des extrémités du cylindre, de manière à ne laisser pratiquement aucun jeu.
