Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a pumping apparatus that comprises an additional system for supplying it with a driving fluid. This system comprises a device for the inlet of the driving fluid and for the outlet of gaseous medium as well as chamber sealing device. The driving fluid is supplied under a hydrostatic pressure in the chamber for the liquid to be pumped which is lower than the hydrostatic pressure in the chamber for the driving fluid. In the case where the rod chamber and the working chamber of the hydraulic engine are separated by a bypass valve, said chambers are supplied separately when the plunger of the hydraulic engine is at its upper position. The freely communicating chambers located above the plunger and the valve are supplied through an upper opening in the rod chamber. The working chamber located below the plunger is supplied through an uncoupled duct connection located between the pump and the hydraulic engine, wherein said connection is further connected for supplying the pump chamber. The chambers to be supplied are sealed.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une installation de pompage qui comprend un système complémentaire assurant son alimentation en fluide d'entraînement. Ce système comprend un dispositif d'introduction d'un fluide d'entraînement et d'évacuation d'un milieu gazeux, ainsi qu'un dispositif d'étanchéification des chambres. L'alimentation en fluide d'entraînement se fait selon une pression hydrostatique dans la chambre du liquide à pomper qui est inférieure à la pression hydrostatique dans la chambre du fluide d'entraînement. Dans le cas où la chambre de la tige et la chambre de travail du moteur hydraulique sont séparées par un clapet de dérivation, leur alimentation se fait de manière distincte lorsque le piston du moteur hydraulique se trouve en position haute. Les chambres communiquant librement et situées au dessus du piston et du clapet sont alimentées par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture supérieure dans la chambre de la tige. La chambre de travail située sous le piston est alimentée par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord de conduite désaccouplé qui est situé entre la pompe et le moteur hydraulique, lequel raccord est ensuite accouplé pour remplir la cavité de la pompe. Les chambres devant être alimentées sont étanchéifiées.
