Abstract
(DE) Eine Federeinrichtung zum Verbinden zweier Flansche (13, 14), insbesondere bei einer Kraftfahrzeug-Abgasanlage, bei der die Federeinrichtung als eine elastisch biegsame Klammer mit U-förmigen, sich gegenüberliegenden funktionell ersten und zweiten Klemmbacken (1, 2) bzw. (4, 5) ausgebildet ist. Die Federeinrichtung soll montagegünstig ausgebildet und kostengünstig herstellbar sein. Zu diesem Zweck zeichnet sich diese Federeinrichtung dadurch aus, dass die U-Schenkel (6, 7) der Klemmbacken (1, 2; 4, 5) lediglich lokal eng begrenzte Bereiche (8, 9, 10) für eine direkte Anlage an die durch die Klammer miteinander zu verbindenden Teile (11, 13; 12, 14) besitzen, wobei in mindestens einer der Klemmebenen 100 oder 200 vier beide Klemmfunktionen ausübende Anlagebereiche (8) vorhanden sind, von denen jeweils zwei paarweise diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
(EN) The invention relates to a spring system for connecting two flanges (13, 14), for use especially in a motor vehicle exhaust system. The spring system is configured as an elastic, flexible clamp with functionally first (1, 2) and second (4, 5) U-shaped clamping jaws positioned opposite each other. The aim of the invention is to provide a spring system which is easy to assemble and economical to produce. To this end said spring system is characterized in that the U-shaped arms (6, 7) of the clamping jaws (1, 2; 4, 5) have only locally very restricted areas (8, 9, 10) for direct application to the pieces (11, 13; 12, 14) to be joined by means of the clamp. Four application areas (8) exercising both clamping functions are present in at least one of the clamping planes (100 or 200), of which two areas each are arranged in pairs and situated diametrically opposite each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de ressort pour relier deux flasques (13, 14), notamment pour un système d'échappement d'automobile. Le système de ressort se présente sous forme de pince, élastique en flexion, qui comporte de premières (1, 2) et de secondes (4, 5) mâchoires de serrage en U. L'invention vise à ce que le système de ressort soit aisé à monter et économique à produire. A cet effet, ce système de ressort se caractérise en ce que les branches en U (6, 7) des mâchoires de serrage (1, 2; 4,5) comportent des zones (8, 9, 10) étroitement limitées uniquement localement, pour une application directe sur les pièces (11, 13; 12, 14) à relier par l'intermédiaire de la pince. Quatre zones d'application (8) exerçant les deux fonctions de serrage se trouvent dans au moins un des plans de serrage (100 ou 200), dont deux sont disposées par paire, de manière diamétralement opposée.
