Abstract
(EN) The invention concerns a device for sorting containers and packages, such as various bottles or cans, to be set in places accessible to the public, so that the latter can get rid of empty containers without regard either to the material from which they are made or their shape. The device comprises a combined insertion orifice (00), located in the top part, also designed for inserting paper. It comprises means for stabilising the rate of insertion (1) and all or part of the following means: sorting containers by density (2); sorting metal containers (3); magnetic sorting (4); sorting by diameter and length (5). The means (1), (2), (3), and (5) are approximately arranged along a slope represented by the axis XX. The slope is sufficient for the containers to be conveyed by sliding naturally from one means to the others. Conveying paths, operating by gravity (60) to (69) guide the paper and the containers to the storage means (70) to (76) where they can be recuperated by category of material for being recycled. The device operates without consuming energy except for sorting means (3). The magnetic sorting means (4) simply uses a permanent magnet.
(FR) La présente invention est relative à un dispositif de tri de récipients et emballages, du type bouteilles ou boîtes de boissons diverses, destiné à être disposé dans les lieux accessibles au public, afin que celui-ci puisse se débarrasser des récipients vides, sans se soucier ni de leur matière constitutive ni de leur forme. Le dispositif comporte un orifice combiné d'introduction (00), situé en partie haute, permettant également d'introduire du papier. Il comporte un moyen de stabilisation de la vitesse d'introduction (1) et tout ou partie des moyens suivants: tri densimétrique des récipients (2), tri des récipients métalliques (3), tri magnétique (4), et tri par le diamètre et la longueur (5). Les moyens (1, 2, 3 et 5) sont à peu près disposés selon la pente symbolisée par l'axe XX. La pente est suffisante pour que les récipients cheminent par glissement naturel d'un moyen vers les autres. Des cheminements, fonctionnant par gravité (60 à 69) guident le papier et les récipients jusqu'à des moyens de stockage (70 à 76) où on peut les récupérer par catégorie de matière dans le but de leur recyclage. Excepté pour le moyen de tri (3), le dispositif proposé fonctionne sans consommation d'énergie. Le moyen de tri magnétique (4) met en oeuvre un simple aimant permanent.
