(EN) A sample holder (10) comprises a substrate (11) microfabricated to define a multiplicity of microscopic islands (14) defining sam ple support surface (13). At least one sump (12) separates adjac ent island surfaces and inhibits transport of samples between adjacent island surfaces.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un porte-échantillon (10) comprenant un substrat (11) fabriqué par micro-usinage de manière à définir une multiplicité d'îlots microscopiques (14) constituant des surfaces (13) de support de prélèvement. Au moins un puisard (12) sépare les surfaces d'îlot adjacentes et empêche le transport des prélèvements entre les surfaces d'îlot adjacentes.
