Abstract
(EN) A sound insulation plate-carrying resin foam capable of forming a structure having heat insulating characteristics and sound insulating characteristics together, and having high resistances to ultraviolet rays and scratch and a high working accuracy, a high strength and a high workability, and a method of manufacturing a sound insulation plate-carrying resin foam not bent due to an adhesive agent applied thereto, free from the separation of the sound insulation plate semipermanently and having a flameproofness are provided. The sound insulation plate is pasted on at least one surface of the resin foam by using a manufacturing method comprising the steps of joining cotton cloth, such as a flameproof cotton cloth to one surface of a sound insulation plate at a sound insulation plate manufacturing stage, applying an epoxy bonding agent to a cotton cloth-side portion of the sound insulation plate and a resin foam, and pressing the result by a cold press so as to bring all the members into press-contact with each other, whereby the sound insulation plate is bonded to at least one surface of the resin foam to unite the plate and foam with each other.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une mousse de résine servant au support de plaques d'isolation sonore, laquelle permet de former une structure qui possède des caractéristiques d'isolation thermique et d'isolation sonore, une grande résistance aux rayons ultraviolets et aux rayures, une grande précision de travail, une grande résistance mécanique, ainsi qu'une grande aptitude à l'usinage. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une mousse de résine servant au support de plaques d'isolation sonore, laquelle mousse ne se courbe pas grâce à l'agent adhésif que l'on y applique, ne se sépare pas de manière semi-permanente de la plaque d'isolation sonore, et possède en outre des caractéristiques ignifuges. La plaque d'isolation sonore est enduite sur une surface au moins de mousse de résine, ceci selon un procédé qui comprend les étapes suivantes. Un tissu de coton, tel qu'un tissu de coton ignifuge, est fixé sur une surface de la plaque d'isolation sonore au cours de l'étape de fabrication de cette dernière. On applique ensuite un adhésif epoxy sur le côté de la plaque d'isolation comportant le tissu de coton, ainsi qu'une mousse de résine. Cet assemblage est ensuite pressé à froid de manière à ce que tous les éléments entrent en contact sous pression les uns avec les autres. La plaque d'isolation sonore est ainsi collée sur au moins une surface de la mousse de résine de manière à réunir ladite plaque et la mousse.
