Abstract:
(EN) A digital to analogue converter comprises a plurality of current sources (T0-Tn) and corresponding selection switches (D0-Dn) which connect the current sources to an output (3). In order to enable a constant capacitance to be presented at the output (3) regardless of the input digital code a plurality of dummy current sources (T0-Tn) which take the same form as the current sources (T0-Tn) are provided. The dummy current sources have associated selection switches (D0-Dn) which are operated by the logical inverse of the code applied to the current sources (T0-Tn).
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à un convertisseur de numérique en analogique, qui comprend plusieurs sources de courant (T0-Tn) et des commutateurs de sélection correspondants (D0-Dn) qui connectent les sources de courant à une sortie (3). Pour qu'une capacitance constante puisse être présentée à la sortie (3) quel que soit le code numérique d'entrée, on forme plusieurs sources de courant factices (T0-Tn) qui prennent la même forme que les sources de courant (T0-Tn). Les sources de courant factices possèdent des commutateurs de sélection associés (D0-Dn) qui sont activés par la logique inverse du code appliqué aux sources de courant (T0-Tn).
