Abstract:
(EN) An active phase splitter (100, 102) comprises two or more phase shift circuits (110, 150). Each phase shift circuit comprises a number of active devices (112, 114, 152, 150) and capacitors (116, 156, 158). For a single-pole active phase splitter, within each phase shift circuit, two active devices are configured as a cascode amplifier. The first active device is configured as a common source amplifier and the second active device is configured as a common gate amplifier. A capacitor (116, 156) is connected across the gate and drain of the first active device to generate the necessary pole-zero pair for the phase shift circuit. The cascode configuration results in the desired transfer function and provides transconversion of voltage input (V1A) to current outputs (Ia, Ib). Active phase splitters with two or more poles can be built using the same inventive concept.
(FR) L'invention concerne un déphaseur multiple actif (100, 102) comprenant au moins deux circuits de déphasage (110, 150). Chaque circuit de déphasage comprend un certain nombre de dispositifs actifs (112, 114, 152, 150) et de condensateurs (116, 156, 158). Dans le cas d'un déphaseur multiple actif unipolaire, deux dispositifs actifs sont configurés sous forme d'amplificateur cascode à l'intérieur de chaque circuit de déphasage. Le premier dispositif actif est configuré sous forme d'un amplificateur source commun et le second dispositif actif est configuré sous forme d'un amplificateur à porte commun. Un condensateur (116, 156) est connecté sur la porte et le drain du premier dispositif actif de manière à produire la paire pôles-zéros nécessaire au circuit de déphasage. La configuration cascode permet d'obtenir la fonction de transfert voulue et transforme les entrées de tension (V1A) en sorties de courant (Ia, Ib). Il est possible de fabriquer des déphaseurs multiples à deux pôles au moins en utilisant ce même concept.
