Abstract:
(EN) A multiple frequency band, multi-spiral antenna (50) that employs filters (88, 90) to pass the band of one spiral (60) and reject the band of the other spirals (70). Additional isolation is achieved by arranging adjacent spirals to have opposite senses. All the isolation and filtering is accomplished within the body of the antenna. The antenna includes two, two-arm spirals (60, 70). The higher frequency spiral resides in the interior of the lower frequency spiral. The two spirals are concentric about each other, and lie on the same plane. A balun and filter circuit (80) is connected to the two spirals, and is disposed within the antenna body.
(FR) Antenne (50) à bandes de fréquences multiples, multi-spirales, utilisant des filtres (88, 90) laissant passer la bande d'une spirale (60) et rejetant la bande des autres spirales (70). On obtient un isolement complémentaire en disposant les spirales adjacentes de manière qu'elles se présentent en sens contraires. L'isolement et le filtrage sont entièrement réalisés dans le corps de l'antenne. L'antenne comprend deux spirales (60, 70) à deux bras. La spirale à fréquence plus élevée est disposée à l'intérieur de la spirale à fréquence plus basse. Les deux spirales sont placée concentriquement l'une autour de l'autre, sur un même plan. Un circuit de symétrisation et de filtrage, connecté aux deux spirales, est placé à l'intérieur du corps de l'antenne.
